STANDARD SHIPPING

Halcyon Botanics offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders greater than $50.

Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on location and product availability. Shipping options are presented during the checkout process.

Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days from purchase date. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. For any questions regarding shipping please contact us at orders@halcyonbotanics.com.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

For a limited time, Halcyon Botanics offers Free 2-day Expedited Shipping on all orders greater than $100.

2-day Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days depending on location and product availability. Shipping options are presented during the checkout process.

Expedited Shipping orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 1 pm Pacific Time (PT). Expedited Shipping orders that are placed after 1 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders may be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

On national holidays our shipping partners may be closed or offer limited holiday service. In such cases, temporary holiday shipping policy terms will be displayed via pop up before the Checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

No international shipping is available at this time.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges, due to the nature of our products, however we do offer a Happiness Guarantee for first time customers only (see above). Halcyon Botanics products are made with 100% all natural, raw ingredients in small batches to ensure quality and freshness of our products. Color and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch. Some products can be sensitive to fluctuations of temperature, so kindly keep in mind their storage.

In order to protect from fraud, this satisfaction guarantee is valid only for first time customers on the first order purchased online via www.halcyonbotanics.com.

Your refund is redeemable for up to one month after purchase date. Please contact us at orders@halcyonbotanics.com to arrange your return and include your photo of the empty product and order information. Refunds are credited back to your credit card within 7-10 business days of approval. We’re sorry, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER ISSUES & CANCELLATIONS

We pride ourselves in making sure you are absolutely happy with your order. If you have any problems, please contact us at orders@halcyonbotanics.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. Our skincare products are packaged in premium glass jars and bottles. If any products arrive to you damaged or broken, please email your photo of damaged products within 48 hours of order delivery. We will replace the items with another shipment your way!

Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped and in transit to destination. Please email us at orders@halyconbotanics.comso we can help you resolve any issue you may have, as soon as we can. Please note that Halcyon Botanics is not responsible for packages that may have been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been made. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

PAYMENTS

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Sales tax is required on all orders and the local tax rate will be calculated at checkout for California customers only as all of our products are proudly Made In California.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For security reasons, all orders are limited to $800, maximum. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept shipment. A Note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.
